Aim Express Quality Assurance (6/06 – 12/06)
Local and International coordination to certify a web application rebuilt on a new platform. Ensured that our product was not only ready for production, but that behavior matched current user experiences. Load test plan developed and personally executed on the core AIMCC, public shared library for AIM developers. Data analysis scripts were written and results were compiled into charts and distributed to interested parties. Functional testing during the certification phase of our development cycle. Coordination with an International QA team in Bangalore to verify locale specific issues.

Worked directly with the DMN developers and a team of Quality Assurance engineers to ensure that internal Advertising delivery tools were ready to be used in production. Including server side API functional testing, bug logging, bug verification and client side web UI account management UI testing. In addition to testing, weekly milestone installations, and stress tests.

Worked directly with Enhanced Favorites developers to ensure the product was ready to be released as Beta. This included server side API functional testing, bug logging, bug verification, and client side web UI testing. TopSpeed Software Engineering Co-Op (1/05 – 5/05)
Working directly with the TopSpeed software developers analyzing current HTTP Header compression ratios with expected compression statistics. Research and development regarding dial-up TCP/IP, and HTTP Header compression to increase the overall speed of dial-up internet access. Porting the TopSpeed software from the Windows platform to the Macintosh platform.
